You will join around 80 of us, based in comfortable, freshly renovated offices located in a conservation area in Hampshire. Trains to Chichester, Southampton, Brighton and London are a 5 minute walk away, and we are also a 15 minute walk to the sea. We’ve got all the usual suspects; breakout areas, a games room and free on-site employee parking. And plenty of the more unusual suspects; a sizable garden, fitness suite, company yacht, a plethora of musical instruments, modern kitchens, a host of the latest gadgets, opportunities for sporting enthusiasts, copious nerf guns and much more. What you’ll be doing

  • Continuing the development of our ordering platforms (Rails) and associated technologies (Ruby)
  • RDeveloping features and fixing bugs
  • Providing backup consultation on tricky client support issues affecting development
  • Feeding customer requirements into the development process and providing projected timescales

You should apply if...

  • You are fluent in Ruby and its associated frameworks, with many years commercial Rails experience
  • You are highly experienced at building top quality, robust products for technologies across the stack
  • You are adept at creating reliable, well-tested systems, with excellent UI design

Technical Support Agent

What you’ll be doing

  • Communicating with end users of some of the busiest photo websites in the world via phone/email
  • Troubleshooting (and solving!) technical problems and assisting people with general enquiries
  • Escalating only the most complex problems to our software teams... by providing detailed reports

You should apply if...

  • You are highly computer and Internet literate with previous experience in a technical helpdesk team
  • You have significant knowledge of scripting (such as Bash), coding and Linux operating systems
  • You enjoy discovering how to make the most of Open Source software
  • You have proven experience in a customer support role and excellent communication skills
  • You are able to work shift patterns such as 08:30-17:00 or 12:30-21:00 inc some Saturdays or Sundays
  • You have a proven ability to work independently as well as part of a team

It’s a bonus if you have...

  • Experience coding with Ruby on Rails and utilising the wider Linux technologies
  • Worked within the digital imaging industry

The Perks

  • An annual salary of £19,000 - £22,000 (depending on ability) for the equivalent of a 40 hour week

    What you’ll be doing

    • Accounts: creating & updating invoices

    You should apply if...

    • Previous considerable bookkeeping and/or accounting experience in a f/t role
    • An Advanced (level 3) or Professional (level 4) AAT Diploma qualification or higher
    • At least 2 years f/t experience utilising a computer package such as Sage, Quickbooks or Xero
    • Had at least 2 years payroll responsibility for a medium sized company (50 - 200 employees)
    • Successfully monitored, guided and/or trained junior employees in the use of company systems
    • Outstanding organisational skills, working with utter precision and attending to every little detail
    • Discretion, loyalty, patience and a good sense of humour!

    The Ideal Candidate:

    You're hard-working, efficient, calm... and not sure if being called a “pedant” is a criticism. Indeed, you are highly organised and intelligent but enjoy relating to a diverse range of people. You are pleased to assist others less experienced than yourself as the need arises and always keep on top of your own areas of responsibility.
